FIT OK TAB
NUTRACEUTICAL TAB
FIT OK TAB is a nutraceutical tablet, a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. It is used to supplement daily nutritional intake where the diet is inadequate or restricted, during convalescence, and in periods of increased physical demand. It supplements a normal diet and does not treat any disease.
01
Benefits
- Provides a convenient daily source of supplementary nutrients where dietary intake is inadequate.
- Useful during convalescence and after illness, when appetite is poor and requirements are raised.
- Supports general wellbeing and energy levels where deficiency is contributing to fatigue.
- Once-daily tablet dosing is simple to sustain over the weeks a nutritional gap takes to close.
- Suits patients on restricted or unbalanced diets where several nutrients are low together.
02
Side effects
Not everyone gets these. Most are mild and settle as the course finishes.

- Nausea or mild stomach upset, particularly on an empty stomach
- Altered taste
- Loose stools
- Bloating
Less common
- Constipation

Stop and get medical help if any of these occur
- Swelling of the face, lips or tongue, or difficulty breathing
- Widespread rash or hives

03
Precautions
- A dietary supplement, not a medicine, and not a substitute for a balanced diet or for diagnosing the cause of fatigue.
- Do not exceed the stated dose or combine with another multivitamin — fat-soluble vitamins accumulate and can reach toxic levels.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Take after food to reduce nausea.
- Tell the prescriber about all other supplements and medicines being taken; minerals interfere with the absorption of several drug classes.
- Persistent fatigue needs investigation rather than indefinite supplementation.
- Use in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children only on medical advice.
